Philadelphia police have taken a 20 year old man into custody in connection with a shooting that took place earlier this month outside of French Montana’s tour bus that left one person dead. French Montana was on his tour bus on the evening of February 28th following a concert in Philadelphia. The tour bus pulled up to a Holiday Inn Express with a bunch of fans following closely behind. That’s when suddenly a car drove by and opened fire on the crowd. A 20-year-old man by the name of Frank Briggs is being charged with murder, attempted murder, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person and firearms crimes. French is not currently being investigated as being connected or an intended victim in this crime.
