The masked man turned out to be a 39- year old Chinese Food delivery driver. That being said the man was at a football game in costume when he got a call from a friend that wanted to hand themselves over to the police.

The man reported some strange looks from the officers as he presented his buddy and said “I’ve caught this one for you.”  I wonder what he will dress as to pick his friend up once bail is posted?
