The LAPD is investigating Chris Brown after a small fender bender that occurred during the week. Brown rear-ended another car and refused to give the driver his driver’s license # and gave her the wrong insurance information.
Since the singer left the scene of the accident without fully disclosing information required by law, it could trigger a probation violation stemming from his Rihanna beating case. Part of the conditions of his probation were to obey ALL LAWS – so if it’s determined he violated it with what may be considered a hit-and-run now, he could face 4-years in prison.
LAPD is looking to chat with Chris Brown as soon as possible regarding what went down at the scene of the accident.
