For yet another year, Kobe Bryant is the highest paid athlete in the NBA, followed closely by Lebron James of the Miami Heat. Kobe will make roughly $59.8M in salary and endorsements this year. Lebron $57.6M, Derrick Rose $32.4M,  Dwyane Wade $30.2M and  Kevin Durant $29.7M. Each of these players have had incredible seasons, earning every penny of their huge pay checks. Most of their money is actually made off court with $32M of Kobe’s salary coming from endorsements. Coca Cola products, Nike, Adidas and Reebok being some of these athletes go-to endorsers.
