Lady Gaga is no newbie when it comes to strange and awkward moments taking place.

The mega pop star’s former assistant has accused Gaga of invading her personal space by forcing the assistant to share the same bed as her.

Jennifer O’Neil spent 13 months working for Gaga, is suing the Bad Romance singer and the touring company for money she is owed. She is claiming that they need to pay her $380,000 for 7,168 hours of unpaid overtime during the 2010 Monster Ball trek.

Gaga gave a sworn deposition and during the testimony she stated O’Neil was a “F****** hood rat” and also accused the former assistant of failing her duties by leaving Gaga to carry her own luggage and unpack her own bags.

O’Neil also gave a testimony on her own behalf claiming that she was never given her own hotel room while on tour and was forced to sleep in the same bed as her boss.

O’Neil On The Experience:
“I was by her side virtually 24 hours a day, seven days a week,” she says. “That includes sleeping in the same bed with her. Because she did not sleep alone… Unlike anybody else on that tour, I did not have my own hotel room. I was not asked if I wanted my own hotel room… I had no privacy, no chance to talk to any family, no chance to talk to any friends, no chance to have sex if I wanted to have sex. There was no chance to do anything.”

O’Neil also said that sleeping in the same bed as Lady Gaga felt like it was a part of her job. She also said that Gaga expected the assistant to be available to work every hour of the day.
