Seth MacFarlane Says He Will Never Host Oscars Again

“Family Guy” creator Seth MacFarlane says there’s “no way” he’ll return to the Academy Awards as a host ever again.  Even with reports that ratings were WAY Up this year, MacFarlane has been the subject of scrutiny for his hosting performance.

Seth was asked on Twitter if he would ever return as the host and he tweeted back, “No way. Lotta fun to have done it, though.”  Seth took some good comedic stabs at Chris Brown, Rihanna and the Kardashians.  One of his jokes was, “First time I saw him (Ben Affleck in ‘Argo’) with all that dark facial hair, I thought ‘My god, the Kardashians have finally made the jump to film.’”

MacFarlane, the animation expert, has a sequel to “Ted” in the works, as well as his Western comedy “A Million Ways to Die in the West”
 and his trio of animated shows, might just be too busy to try again in 2014.
