On January, 29th State City Music’s Yung Texxus aka Mista Green, releases “80’s Baby, 90’s Kid: The Legend of Mista Green,” a tribute to the songs and artists who influenced him. Texxus delves deep and reveals some true stories about good and bad times with his up-bringing and everyday life. “80’s Baby, 90’s Kid” is hosted by Shade45’s DJ Wonder and DJ UFO of Hustle Squad DJ’s, mixed by DJ L-Gee also of Hustle Squad DJ’s and available on LiveMixtapes.com.

With covers of Adina Howard’s “Freak,” OutKast’s “Two Dope Boys (In A Cadillac)” and his take on Notorious B.I.G. with “10 Rap Commandments,” Texxus takes the listener down memory lane. “I was born in the 80′s and raised in the 90′s. I wanted to go back and cover some of the classics by artists who were influential to me as a kid growing up in Killeen, Texas”, says Texxus.
